LJUBLJANA, December 20, 1991 (STA)- REVIEW OF SLOVENIAN PRESS
Ljubljana, 20 December - DELO: ON THE BEGINNING PATH - German recognition is a step towards the renewed stabilization of relations in the Balkans which, such as it is, does not fit into the big project of new European architecture, into the Europe of conferences, agreements and consensus.
