The price of electricity will rise for at least 30 per cent
Ljubljana, 23 December - The "New years gift" of the Slovenian electricity administration will be, after the government approves, a rise in the price of electricity for at least 30%. Although the Republican Minister of Power Engineering Dr. Miha Tomšič does not regard the justifications of distributors for a price raise as unfounded, in his words the electric power distributors are again financially on the edge, the proposed raise for 87% was "overstated". The price raise takes in account the inflation in Slovenia in the past three months.
