Rupel Says Averting a Stalemate in the OSCE His Main Concern
Sofia, 7 December - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel in his statement at the conclusion of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Sofia expressed concern over the current situation in the OSCE as the incoming chairman of the organisation. "My biggest concern at this moment is averting a potential stalemate in the organisation, by encouraging the re-engagement of all the participating states within the OSCE," Rupel said.
