LJUBLJANA - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is to speak to the press at 11 AM about the ministry's work after his recent appointment to the post he held before. He is also expected to talk about the OSCE Ministerial Council session in Sofia. (STA)
WARSAW, Poland - Prime Minister Janez Jansa is to attend a meeting of PMs of Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Austria, which make up a regional partnership.
BRUSSELS, Belgium - A two-day regular autumn session of NATO foreign ministers is set to begin with a working dinner; attended by Slovenia's Dimitrij Rupel. (STA)
