FM Downplays OSCE Ministerial Failure; Outlines Plans for Future
Ljubljana, 8 December - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has downplayed the failure of the the ministerial meeting of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), saying that 21 resolutions were adopted at the Sofia meeting earlier this week. Speaking to the press on Wednesday, Rupel also oulined the activities of the ministry after he recently took over.
