BRUSSELS, Belgium - NATO foreign ministers are to hold a meeting at which they will discuss the expansion of the international peace-keeping mission in Afghanistan, Mediterranean dialogue and the situations in Iraq and the Balkans. Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is expected to take part. (STA)
LJUBLJANA - The cabinet is to meet for its regular weekly session. The companies bill and standpoints for December's EU summit are expected to be on the agenda. (STA)
LJUBLJANA - The council of the Liberal Democrats (LDS) is set to hold a closed-door session ahead of Saturday's party congress. The council is expected to debate changes to the party's statute.
BRUSSELS, Belgium - A two-day session of the EU's Council for Transport, Telecommunications and Energy is to be held.
LJUBLJANA - The parliamentary credentials and privileges commission is to debate the appointment of the National Electoral Commission.
LJUBLJANA - The Slovenian Court of Audit is to celebrate its 10th anniversary at a ceremony scheduled for 2 PM. Parliament Speaker France Cukjati and the head of the European Court of Audit Juan Manuel Fabro Valleso are set to be the guests of honour. (STA)
