Koper, 14 December - With the new road safety act, due to come into effect in 2005, the road conditions in Slovenia will be comparable to those in 1998, when the current act was adopted. For fear of being fined, the drivers took to slow driving and the number of accidents decreased drastically. But the fear gradually faded away, a regional daily suggests on Tuesday.
