Regulation from the Croatian Minister of Defense
Zagreb, 28 December - The Croatian Minister of Defense Gojko Šušak issued a regulation, which requires all men obligated to do national service not to leave their community in which evidence on them is kept. Travel outside the community can be done only with special permits issued by the communal authorities. Those due to do their national service must immediately report to the military bodies in the community where they are presently situated. These bodies will assign them to military formations according to the needs of the military.
