LJUBLJANA - Defence Minister Karl Erjavec is to hold separate meetings with US Ambassador Thomas Bolling Robertson and French Ambassador Dominique Gauzy.

LJUBLJANA - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is due to receive the outgoing Greek Ambassador George Nicolaidis at 10 AM.

LJUBLJANA - The council of the opposition Liberal Democrats (LDS) is to meet behind closed doors at 5 PM to elect members of the executive committee and a new secretary general.

LJUBLJANA - The minister of structural policy and regional development in the previous government, Zdenka Kovac, is to hand the department over to the new minister without portfolio in charge of local self-government and regional development Ivan Zagar; at 10 AM.
