Judge Says Human Rights Well Safeguarded by Constitution
Maribor, 23 December - The president of the Constitutional Court believes human rights and legal security are well taken care of in the Slovenian Constitution. One of the reasons is the stipulation that any human right set down in any of the legal documents valid in Slovenia must be respected, regardless of whether it is included in the Constitution or not.
