Portugal and Slovenia to establish diplomatic ties
Ljubljana, 1 January - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel today received an official letter from his Portuguese colleague Joao de Deus Pinheiro, informing him that the Portuguese Government wishes to establish diplomatic ties with Slovenia on an ambassadorial level.
