U.N. Proposal for Peace Operations in Yugoslavia

Zagreb, 3 January - The chief aims of the U.N. peace operations in Yugoslavia are to demilitarize the regions which will be under U.N. protection and to effect the departure of all Yugoslav Army and paramilitary units from the territory of Croatia in general.
