Letter from Dr. Dimitrij Rupel to James Baker

Ljubljana, 4 January - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr. Dimitrij Rupel sent the Secretary of State of the United States, Mr. James A. Baker, a letter in which he revealed the views Slovenia has in regard to bilateral relations between the Republic of Slovenia and the United States, to Slovenian estimates of the Yugoslav crisis and to the views of the Republic of Slovenia on some key international issues. Rupel's letter was given last night to the American foreign minister by the representative of the Republic of Slovenia in Washington, Dr. Ernest Petrič.
