Free tourist passes

Ljubljana, 7 January - The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia will from January 8th cease collecting taxes and expenses for the tourist pass. Together with the Ministry of Finance, it has initiated a change in the law on administration taxes, so that the tourist pass will no longer be a document for which the payment of administration tax is required. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has reported that the expenses incurred in the issue of the tourism passes will be paid out of the national budget.
