Rupel is going to Madrid

Ljubljana, 7 January - The foreign minister Dr.Dimitrij Rupel will after leaving Brussels, where he will participate at the Conference on Yugoslavia along with Milan Kučan, leave for Madrid to meet with Spain's foreign minister Francisco Fernandez Ordonez.
