Belgrade, 7 January - DELO: EMOTIONAL OR NUCLEAR CHARGE - In a few days it will become clear whether the hitherto longest lasting cease-fire is due to the efforts of Cyrus Vance or just a Christmas cease-fire by the Orthodox side. In case the cease-fire holds, it will we go in favour of those who say that both sides are exhausted, equal in strength and that because no one can win the war it is time for negotiations.
