Ljubljana, 11 January - DELO: KUČAN ANNOUNCED HIS CANDIDATURE - Milan Kučan, President of the Presidency of the Republic of Slovenia reported at the press conference regarding the meeting in Brussels, also his renewed candidature for president at the following elections in these words: If the development of events go in the direction which I support - namely, that we are responsible to the people for assuring peace, social security and welfare, then I shall place my name for the cause once again.
