The helicopter flight was announced

Zagreb, 11 January - "The flight of the EC monitoring mission helicopter was announced", is the statement made by monitoring mission chief Mr. Joao da Silva in Hotel "I", as a reply to the report of the Yugoslav defence ministry, which claims that the flight was not officially announced.
