International recognition of Slovenia - a review

Ljubljana, 15 January - Slovenia has adopted its decision for independence on December 12 1990, when 88.5 % of the registered voters voted for independence at the plebiscite. On June 25, 1991 the Assembly of the republic of Slovenia declared independence and requested international recognition.
