Over 3,000 lives already claimed by the war in Croatia

Zagreb, 17 January - Since August 17, 1990, the death-toll claimed by the war in Croatia has already risen to 3,083 (including 1,426 civilian casualties), while the number of wounded reported so far amounts to 16,387 (of these, 4,761 were civilians).
