Kučan congratulates Želev

Ljubljana, 22 January - The President of the Republic of Slovenia Milan Kučan has sent a telegram of congratulations to the new Bulgarian President Željo Želev, congratulating him for his election as president and wishing him much success in performing his high office. Milan Kučan also expressed his conviction that the new cooperation between The Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Bulgaria will straighten the previous links and take the best advantage of the numerous possibilities of cooperation between the two nations.
