Rupel Says He Came to Find Out What OSCE Can Do for UN
New York, 5 March - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has told officials in the UN Security Council that his visit to UN headquarters is aimed at finding out what the OSCE can do for the UN. Answering questions from Security Council officials on Friday, Rupel reiterated that the OSCE's best asset is conflict prevention, while it can also play a role in resolving conflicts.
