Ljubljana, 6 March - The cabinet officials visited Pomurje last week to promise this country's poorest region over EUR 20.8m in rural development and structural funds this year. In a bid to appoint new supervisors in state-owned companies, the government called for a general assembly at Slovenia's second-largest bank, the NKBM, and the country's top insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav.
