Slovenia Backs Controversial Software Patent Directive
Brussels, 7 March - Slovenia backed the controversial EU directive on software patents at Monday's meeting of the EU competitiveness council. "The previous government decided to back it and there has been no change in position despite several debates about this topic," Economics Minister Andrej Vizjak told the press.
