Courts Spend Time on Technicalities Instead of Legal Questions
Ljubljana, 7 March - A survey on criminal procedures in Slovenia, conducted by the Institute of Criminology at the Ljubljana Faculty of Law, suggests that the national courts are not concerned enough with solving legal questions and that they are sometimes not sensitive enough in protecting human rights.
