PRESS REVIEW FROM SLOVENIA,LJUBLJANA, January 31. 1992 (STA)

Ljubljana, 31 January - DELO: DAMAGING STRATEGIES - There will be no elections in April. Separate segments of the parliament which have for the third time tried to find a common approach to elections for the state assembly and the state council are still divided. When will party leaders realize that, if they do nothing to prevent the state from falling apart, their parties will fall apart too.
