MONDAY, 14 March
KISHINEV & TIRASPOL, Moldova - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman-in-office, is to visit Moldova. Talks with with Moldovan President Vladimir Voronin, Foreign Minister Andrej Stratan, members of the opposition and Transdniestrian leader Igor Smirnov are to examine possibilities for reviving talks on the settlement of the Transdniester issue.
BELGRADE, Serbia-Montenegro - A Slovenian parliamentary delegation, headed by Speaker France Cukjati, is scheduled to begin a three-day official visit to Serbia-Montenegro.
BRUSSELS, Belgium - EU agriculture ministers are to meet for a regular monthly session.
CAIRO, Egypt - A three-member Slovenian parliamentary delegation is to take part in a two-day session of the Euro-Mediterranean Parliamentary Assembly.
PRAGUE, Czech Republic - EU ministers responsible for housing policy are to meet for a two-day conference. Slovenia will be represented by Environment Minister Janez Podobnik.
LJUBLJANA - Leader of the opposition United List (ZLSD) Borut Pahor is to speak about the first 100 days of the centre-right government at a news conferences.
LJUBLJANA - The Association of Free Trade Unions of Slovenia is to hold a press conference to outline plans for a European labour demonstration scheduled to be held in Brussels later in the week.
LJUBLJANA - The Government's Office for Religious Communities is to hold a closed-doors meeting with representatives of Slovenian religious communities at which Joze Tivadar, the head of the Directorate General for Family Affairs, is to present family legislation in Slovenia.
TUESDAY, 15 March
LJUBLJANA - Uzbek President Islam Karimov is scheduled to kick off a three-day official visit to Slovenia.
GENEVA, Switzerland - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is to take part in the session of the UN Human Rights Committee.
LJUBLJANA - The National Statistics Office is to present preliminary GDP data for the fourth quarter of 2004 and the whole of last year.
LJUBLJANA - The IZIV institute is to stage a conference on the role of information technology in business. Economics Minister Andrej Vizjak is expected to attend.
LJUBLJANA - The National Council and the Slovenian Tourist Board are to stage a debate on the implementation of Slovenia's tourism strategy.

LJUBLJANA - The National Council is to debate Slovenia's plan of activities in the EU for this year.
LJUBLJANA - Croatian Ambassador to Slovenia Mario Nobilo is to deliver a lecture on benefits of Croatia's EU membership for the EU.
