EU Foreign Ministers Meeting over Croatia
Brussels, 16 March - EU foreign ministers, among them Slovenia's Dimitrij Rupel, are meeting in Brussels on Wednesday to formally decide whether the Union should launch entry talks with Croatia on 17 March, as decided at the December summit, or to postpone them because of the country's failure to fully cooperate with the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague.
