LJUBLJANA/BRDO PRI KRANJU - Serbian President Boris Tadic is to arrive on an official visit to Slovenia. He is scheduled to hold talks with FM Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman-in-office (10 AM), as well as President Janez Drnovsek (3 PM), PM Janez Jansa (10:30 AM), Parliament Speaker France Cukjati (11 AM), and Economics Minister Andrej Vizjak (4 PM). LJUBLJANA - A delegation of the Turkish parliamentary EU committee headed by Yasar Yakis is to meet the parliamentary committees for foreign policy and EU affairs. Yakis and the chair of the EU affairs committee, Anton Kokalj, are to speak to the press at 10:35 AM. (STA)
LJUBLJANA - The parliamentary EU affairs committee is to meet behind closed doors at 2 PM to debate the guidelines for the participation of PM Janez Jansa at the 22 March EU summit in Brussels.
LJUBLJANA - The parliamentary intelligence oversight committee is to hold a closed-door session at 10 AM to discuss the report on the activities of the Slovenian Intelligence and Security Agency in 2004.

CELJE - European Commissioner for Science and Research Janez Potocnik is to host a meeting for journalists to present EU incentives for small and mid-sized enterprises in the field of research; at 9 AM.
LJUBLJANA - Minister of Labour, Family and Social Affairs Janez Drobnic is to talk to the press at noon to present the state of affairs at the ministry. Justice Minister Lovro Sturm is to present the current state of his ministry at 12:30 PM. (STA)
KLAGENFURT, Austria - The head of the government Office for Slovenians Abroad, Franc Puksic, is to meet representatives of the Carinthia provincial government and chamber of agriculture. He is also expected to hold talks with officials of the United List (EL), the only political party of the Slovenian minority in Carinthia.
VELENJE - Home appliance group Gorenje is to host a meeting of EU ambassadors to Slovenia with Slovenian Economics Minister Andrej Vizjak; at 11:30 AM.
VIENNA, Austria - Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Jure Zupan is to attend a ministerial of the CEEPUS, the Central European Exchange Programme for University Studies.
LJUBLJANA - A debate on inter-network connections, the leasing of broadband capacity and the leasing of optical cables is to be staged by the Directorate General for Electronic Communications and the Agency for Post and Electronic Communications.
PLANICA - Ski-jumping World Cup finals will begin with an official training at 9 AM and the qualifying at 11 AM.
