Courts in Ljubljana and Maribor Swamped with Cadastral Backlogs
Ljubljana, 17 March - A project aimed at reducing backlogs in land register cases has yielded some results as more than half of all local courts need less than three months to process the cases. The courts in Ljubljana and Maribor, however, remain overwhelmed by cadastral cases, and it takes them an average 14 to 15 months to deal with each of them.
