Maribor, 19 March - Minister of Labour, Family and Social Affairs Janez Drobnic, who has been harshly criticised by gay rights groups for what they term "homophobic views", has said that the Liberal Democrats (LDS) have had twenty years to draw up and implement same-sex partnership legislation, but failed to do so.
