OSCE Does Not Intend to Take Sides in Kyrgyzstan, Says Rupel
Ljubljana, 24 March - The OSCE does not intend to take sides in Kyrgyzstan, but it does want to help in the establishment of democratic processes, FM Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman-in-office, said on Thursday, just hours after the opposition in the Central Asian republic entered the capital of Bishkek and took control of the government palace.
