Maribor, 26 March - The proceedings at the European Court of Human Rights in which three former Ljubljanska Banka clients and the Croatian state sue Slovenia over the debt of the defunct bank to Croatian savers could be unfavourable for Slovenia in succession talks, a Slovenian official participating in the Yugoslav succession negotiations has said.
