TBILISI, Georgia - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman, is to visit Georgia as part of his tour of the Caucasus. He is scheduled to meet with President Mikhail Saakashvili, PM Zurab Noghaideli, FM Salome Zourabichvili, Parliament Speaker Nino Burjanadze and Minister for Conflict Resolution Georgi Khaindrava. LJUBLJANA - The parliamentary EU affairs committee is to convene behind closed doors at 2 PM to discuss the forthcoming meeting of the European Parliament's committee on the 2007-2013 financial perspective with representatives of national parliaments.
