BAKU, Azerbaijan - By meeting Azerbaijan's top politicians, the OSCE chairman, Slovenian FM Dimitrij Rupel is to conclude a tour of Caucasus countries. An issue expected to top the agenda is the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, the ethnic-Armenian enclave in Azerbaijan. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - The left-leaning United List of Social Democrats (ZLSD) is to hold its 5th congress at 10 AM. President Borut Pahor and Aljus Pertinac, the former head of the ZLSD youth wing, are the candidates for a new party leader. The congress is also expected to shorten the party name into Social Democrats (SD). (STA)
