Vizjak: Legislation Passed, But Not Implemented
Ljubljana, 1 April - Slovenia has passed many laws and harmonised them, but little has been done to put them into practice, Economics Minister Andrej Vizjak said as he assessed the state of affairs at the ministry he took over at the end of last year.
