Pahor to Seek Reelection at ZLSD Congress

Ljubljana, 2 April - The leader of the United List of Social Democrats (ZLSD) Borut Pahor will seek his third term at the helm of this left-leaning party at a congress this Saturday. The 41-year-old Pahor, who took over from Janez Kocijancic in 1997, will this time face an opponent, a former head of the ZLSD youth wing, Aljus Pertinac.
