MONDAY, 4 April
BELGRADE/PODGORICA, Serbia-Montenegro - The OSCE chair, FM Dimitrij Rupel, is to start a two-day visit to Serbia-Montenegro.
LONDON, Great Britain - Head of the Government Office for European Affairs, Marcel Koprol, is to hold talks with EU affairs advisor to the prime minister Kim Darrooch, head of preparations for Britain's EU presidency Chris Sainty and Minister for Europe Denis MacShane.
LJUBLJANA - Major General Ladislav Lipic, the army chief of staff, it to talk to the press about the first year of NATO membership.
BRUSSELS, Belgium - The European Parliament's provisional committee for the 2007-2013 budgets is to meet with representatives of national parliaments.
LJUBLJANA - The Ljubljana Faculty of Economics is to host a round-table on industrial design and the feasibility of establishing a centre of excellence.

MARIBOR - A round-table debate on who instigates intolerance is to be attended by Ombudsman Matjaz Hanzek.
MARIBOR - Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Jure Zupan, as well as representatives of all three Slovenian universities, are to attend a round-table on quality in higher education organised by MEP Ljudmila Novak.
MANAMA, Bahrain - Foreign Ministry State Secretary Andrej Logar is to attend a ministerial of the EU/Gulf Cooperation Council.

LJUBLJANA - US Ambassador Thomas B. Robertson is to give a lecture entitled "The USA and Europe: A Democratic Partnership in Action", an event organised by Euro-Atlantic Council Slovenia and Society for International Relations.

PORTOROZ - A debate on workers' participation in corporate profits in the EU, and the possible introduction of such a system in Slovenia, is to be debated as part of the spring meeting of the Association of Managers.
