Ljubljana, 2 April - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman, this week set off on a tour of the Caucasus, during which he also stopped over in Kyrgyzstan, where he offered his assistance in the resolution of the political crisis in this Central Asian republic. In other news, Slovenia this week marked the first year of NATO membership.
