Roma in Novo Mesto Set to Boycott School

Novo Mesto, 3 April - Roma parents from Novo mesto insist they would not let their children attend classes if the Brsljin primary school introduces separate classes in certain subjects on Monday. The move comes after the parents of other children had announced a similar boycott because of concerns that Roma pupils are affecting the quality of teaching, which prompted the Education Ministry to propose a system of separation.
