OSCE Chair Travels to Serbia-Montenegro
Belgrade, 3 April - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman, is scheduled to begin a two-day visit to Serbia-Montenegro on Monday. He is to meet top officials from Serbia and Montenegro for talks about the future of the country, the status of Kosovo and the situation in the broader region of Southeast Europe.
