Belgrade, 4 April - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman, is to begin a two-day visit to Serbia-Montenegro today. He is to meet senior federal and state officials for talks about the future of the country, the status of Kosovo and the situation in the broader region of Southeast Europe.
