Baker Highlights Background of Yugoslavia Break-Up

Ljubljana, 4 April - James Baker, the US secretary of state at the time of the break-up of the former Yugoslavia, has said that Slovenia and Croatia gained their independence with the use of force and that they acted against the Helsinki Agreement.
