PODGORICA, Serbia-Montenegro - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman, is expected to meet Montenegro President Filip Vujanovic, PM Milo Djukanovic, Parliament Speaker Ranko Krivokapic, FM Miodrag Vlahovic and opposition leader Predrag Bulatovic on the last day of his two-day visit to Podgorica. BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan - Alojz Peterle, the OSCE special envoy to Central Asia, is expected to travel to Kyrgyzstan to take part in efforts towards a resolution of the crisis there.
MARIBOR - A round-table debate on who instigates intolerance is to be attended by Ombudsman Matjaz Hanzek. (STA)
MARIBOR - Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Jure Zupan, as well as representatives of all three Slovenian universities, are to attend a round-table on quality in higher education organised by MEP Ljudmila Novak; at 10 AM.
BRUSSELS, Belgium - The Slovenian representation at the EU is to organise an event to mark the forthcoming anniversary of EU membership. European Commissioner for Science and Research Janez Potocnik is expected to attend, among other guests.

TRIESTE, Italy - The fifth hearing in the procedure against defunct Slovenian bank Ljubljanska banka. Croatian savers demand EUR 10m in damages for foreign currency deposits they had at the bank prior to Slovenia's independence.
