Slovenia and Britain for EU Financial Talks to End before July

London, 4 April - Head of the Government Office for European Affairs, Marcel Koprol, said after talks in Great Britain on Monday that both countries would like to see the negotiations on the financial period 2007-2013 conclude before the end of the Luxembourg presidency.
