Droga and Kolinska to Hold Merger AGMs on Wednesday

Ljubljana/Izola, 6 April - Food companies Droga and Kolinska will hold separate shareholder meetings on Wednesday to give the final seal of approval to the merger carried out under the auspices of conglomerate Istrabenz. The shareholders will also name a supervisory board, and it is expected that the new company, to be called Droga Kolinska, will have a new management by the end of April.
