Ljubljana, 10 February - DELO: NOTHING SHOULD SURPRISE US - The official report of last weeks session of the presidency was as irritating and insignificant, as it was poorly informative. It was written in the manner and technique of the past eight-headed Yugoslav presidency, and, with its loquaciousness, gives the impression that the presidency is thoroughly informing the public about its work. But when we peal of the outer layers we find that the presidency is only listing the titles of ratified documents, but fails to give any information on its defense policy, Miran Lesjak writes.
