Revenues from EU Budget Just Slightly above Contributions in 2004

Ljubljana, 16 April - Slovenia received net funds of SIT 3.42bn (EUR 14.27m) from the EU's budget in the first calendar year of its membership, between May and December 2004, while the initially planned surplus was to amount to SIT 35.77bn (EUR 149.22m).
