FM Voices Concern over Possible French No-Vote

Luxembourg, 16 April - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel joined his EU counterparts on Saturday in voicing concern over a possible no vote at the French referendum on the EU constitution on 29 May. "I am really concerned. A French "no" would put us all into a bad situation," he said.
