Dushanbe, 18 April - The OSCE chairman, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, is due to pay a visit to Tajikistan on Tuesday as part of his tour of Central Asia. He is stopping in Dushanbe before heading for Turkmenistan.
